Heavy-duty bearings positioned outside the cutting chamber protect against dust, moisture, and
contamination, greatly reducing maintenance requirements and increasing machine reliability.
To maximize efficiency, the grinder offers an optional force-feeding unit for PET bottles, enabling
continuous, stable feeding of lightweight materials that often bounce or float. The machine can also be equipped
with a hydraulic tilt-back hopper with auger feed for easier loading and material handling. A
dedicated knife adjustment jig allows maintenance personnel to set and sharpen blades outside the
machine, ensuring safety, accuracy, and minimal downtime.
Integrated safety interlocks and a front dropdown screen cradle provide secure access
