PET Washing Line

At Panchal Plastic, we manufacture advanced PET recycling machinery designed for high performance, durability, and efficiency. Our systems are specially engineered for PET bottle recycling plants, capable of processing large volumes of post-consumer PET bottles with precision. PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) requires careful sorting, washing, and processing due to its unique properties, and our high-quality PET bottle recycling machines ensure consistent output of clean, reusable PET flakes suitable for multiple recycling applications.

Our complete PET washing line solutions are built to meet the demanding conditions of modern recycling industries. These systems include advanced sorting, grinding, washing, and drying units that remove labels, dirt, adhesives, and contaminants effectively. The processed PET flakes can be further utilized in applications such as fiber production using a PET bottle recycling to fiber machine, packaging materials, or other recycled plastic products. Each PET bottle recycling plant is designed to deliver high efficiency, reliable performance, and optimized energy consumption.

With a strong focus on sustainable recycling practices, Panchal Plastic provides robust and eco-friendly PET recycling machinery that helps industries reduce plastic waste and recover valuable resources. Our PET bottle recycling machines and complete PET washing line systems support businesses looking to expand in the PET recycling sector while contributing to environmental conservation and long-term industrial sustainability.

Details of PET Washing Line

Features

  • Bale Breaker: it breaks bales of bottles immediately they arrive at the facility, and thus, they are set for other processes.
  • Caustic Solution Wash: This is the first washing whereby primary impurities are removed, thus reducing the chances of wand wear by the machine during other processes.
  • Manual and Automatic Sorting: Here, the manual and automatic sorting of materials is done to enhance quality.
  • Wet Granulator: bans bottles into flakes and, at the same time, cleans them.
  • Centrifuge Separation: from the after-grinded state, it can segregate water and pulp from the flakes.
  • Final Separation: Conditions the flakes into a state that is fit for drying.
  • Air Separation: It sucks out fine particles from the dried flakes, thus producing a clean final quality.

Description

Bottle bales are placed into a bale breaker as they arrive at the recycling line. They are subsequently washed in a caustic solution, which is discharged from the flake-washing module and would otherwise be thrown away. The primary impurities are eliminated here, resulting in less machine wear in the procedures that follow.

Following the pre-washing, manual and automatic sorting occurs. The bottles are then grind into flakes using a wet granulator. After being separated from water and pulp in a centrifuge, the flakes are transferred to a final separation. An air separation is used to remove tiny particles after drying.

Application

The PET Washing Line by Panchal Plastic Machinery is purpose-built to assure the utmost efficiency in PET bottle recycling. Bales of bottles are first broken down in a bale breaker and go through an initial wash using caustic to remove primary impurities. Further manual as well as automatic sorting is done to maintain the highest quality of the processed material. The same granulator is used for the processing of the bottles into flakes and for washing. After the de-watering and de-pulping centrifuge, a final separation and air separation to eliminate minute particles eventually produce reusable, cleaned-quality PET flakes. With all these processes in place, the quality of the PAT scrap material will be changed to very useful, high-value resources for the recycling sector, hence safe in environmental aspects and resourceful in the most economical way.
