Features

  • Conveyor Belt: It transports the material for effective and constant movement throughout the washing process.
  • Wet Crusher: It is designed for rigid materials and gives standard rates that are easy to wash and dry.
  • Friction Washer: High-speed rotating rotors are used in this process; dirt and sand are eliminated by the action of centrifugal force.
  • Sink-Float Tank: This tank separates materials based on their densities. LDPE/HDPE/PP, being of low density, float on the top of the tank, while those of high densities—PVC/PET/PC—settle at the bottom of the tank. The material sorting by the tank is made simpler during the release of the material through the use of two points.
  • Horizontal Dryer: This dries the product to a content of less than 5% so as to realise pelletizing for high quality.
  • Thermal Dryer: This helps to control the moisture content in large quantities of material by inputting air into the dry material to carry away the excess moisture.
  • Bagging Station: This will allow fast packing of the processed materials.
