The Friction Washer plastic recycling machine is designed as a cylindrical trough with an inclined high-speed paddle screw to effectively clean and dewater ground materials such as film flakes and granules. It is widely used as a pet friction washer in PET recycling lines.
The screw is securely fixed within a bearing housing using dual bearings and is enclosed by a durable stainless-steel screen.
The ground material and water are fed from the lower end of the trough, allowing the pet plastic friction washer to begin the cleaning process efficiently.
As the material moves upward, it undergoes intensive washing in the pet flakes friction washing machine, ensuring proper removal of dirt and contaminants.
Fines and water are expelled through the fine screen, while the high-speed screw generates friction to thoroughly clean the material.
The drain is positioned at the lower end of the trough for efficient water discharge.
The screen is automatically cleaned using an integrated water-rinsing system, ensuring consistent performance and minimal maintenance.
